STONE YARD
Stone Yard is a major brownfield site set to deliver a 995-home Build to Rent community.
Spread across seven best-in-class design and energy efficient new builds, ranging between six and 30 storeys, Stone Yard will be accompanied by a selection of amenities and green spaces, including commercial, a public boulevard and roof terraces.
On offer will be an array of studios, and one- & two-bed apartments, with c.20% affordable housing, complemented by 25-30K SF of vibrant new commercial - retail, restaurants, bars, a café, and a fitness club.
