UPPER TRINTY STREET

Upper Trinity Street (UTS) is underway and will become a 24-hour cultural, commercial, and vibrant residential neighbourhood.

Spread over five phases and buildings ranging from two to 32 storeys, UTS will reinforce the area’s sense of community with 945 homes (BTR, open market, etc.), 62K SF commercial, and 24-hour facilities allowing creative businesses and leisure to thrive.

UTS will also be home to the world’s first Museum of Youth Culture, the Birmingham Music Archive, and Pat Benson Boxing Academy.

One of the key new focal points will be Pump House Park, an 18th-century listed gem that will serve as a major new attraction in Phase I.

PHASE 1 IS UNDERWAY (E, F, & G): 

Blocks E, F, & G will introduce 211 one- to three-bed apartments and duplexes across three builds ranging from six to 10 storeys, c. 8,385K SF of commercial space, and the creation of Pump House Park.

PHASES 2-5:

Phase 2: Blocks A, B, & C (15–16 storeys); 376 homes.

Phase 3: Block J (19 storeys) & Adderley Yard; 124 homes.

Phase 4: Block H (32 storeys); 234 homes.

Phase 5 (Block E): (floating/flexible) Hotel (8 storeys); c. 70 rooms.
